About Us

We began building our rolling disk sealers and mounted anhydrous toolbars over 10 years ago after our old 17 shank pull type bar was in need of major repairs from having been pulled over thousands of acres. We debated the benefits and detriments of preplant ammonia versus side dress and finally decided to use preplant knowing that side dressing would cover the newly emerging corn and take too long to apply.

We built a completely new 17 shank double-fold pull type bar for preplant and started to experiment with some new rolling disk sealers that would help seal the ammonia in the ground. Our first disk sealers worked so well that we decided to mount a set on a small mounted toolbar so we could try to side dress some of our corn.

We found that the sealers solved the sealing problem, but the best discovery we made was the protection we got on the small corn and the speed that we could apply the ammonia (4-7mph).

So it began. Neighbors approached us about building rolling disk sealers and eventually toolbars of all sizes. We have had many design changes in our implements and now believe we have the most heavy duty/low maintenance units available today.
